這首籤詩告訴當事人，做事情自己應該要有主見，不要聽從人家說那樣就那樣做，說這樣就這樣做，人多口雜，最後竟無所適從。不必問人，也不必問神，做事情要靠自己權衡利害得失，然後自己下決定，這樣才會有成就。

You should know your own mind, and not be swayed this way and that by what other people say. The babble of many voices will leave you at a loss as to what to do. Do not consult other people, do not consult the gods, but rely on your own judgment to weigh up the pros and cons, and then make your own decision. Only thus will you have success.

しっかりした自分の見解を持たなければいけません。人の言いなりになってばかりでは、方向が定まらず、二進も三進も行かなくなります。人に頼らず、神にも頼らず、自分で利害得失を判断し、決断を下してこそ、成功が得られるのです。
